What if we outgrow our plan?
Move up anytime. The bigger limits start straight away, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Can we move to a smaller plan?
Yes, from your next billing date, as long as your team fits the smaller plan.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly plans aren't refunded for part of a month. Yearly plans get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying.
Do we pay per agency?
No. One workspace holds as many agencies as you run. You pay per workspace.
Which currencies can we use?
Prices are in US dollars. Inside AIME, you can bill clients in more than one currency and choose your base currency.
Who can see our data?
Inside your workspace, only the people you give access to. A small, named AIME team can view workspace data only to support you, keep the service secure and improve the product. Before public signup, every one of those views is logged with a reason.
